We want every visit to WiveyPool to be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Thanks to the incredible support of our community, grant funders and donors, we raised the money to build The Pool House, which was constructed over the winter of 2025 and opened for the start of the 2026 season.
Outdoor Pool
- 27.43m long by 9.14m wide
- Shallow End 1.1m – Deep End 2.1m
- Heated to 26 degrees during Main Season
- Three ladders and one set of accessible stairs
- Hoist (contact the pool as advanced noticed required)
- Accessible for wheelchair users
- Lifeguards on duty during all sessions
Changing & Toilets
- Group changing rooms for men and women
- Individual changing booths
- Family/Accessible changing huts with baby changing units
- Poolside showers
- Storage cubby holes for belongings. We advise against bringing valuables. WiveyPool is not liable for any lost or stolen belongings.
- Men’s and women’s toilets
- An accessible toilet is available within The Pool House complex accessed directly from The Rec.
Poolside
- The Pool House – warm social space for specators and swimmers selling tuck and refreshments
- Gate House for entry, WiveyPool gifts and information
- Pool terrace with tables and chairs, and space to relax and sunbathe!
- Covered area with benches for spectators
