All trustees stand down at each AGM and all members of the the pool are eligible for election or re-election. A maximum of 12 Trustees are allowed. The Management and Trustees are responsible for the oversight and management of the pool within the terms of the constitution and within the Charity Commission regulations.
The day-to-day decision making and work for the pool is carried out by sub groups who report to the Management and Trustees. People may be co-opted onto these sub-groups and they do not have the same responsibilities as the Trustees of the charity.

Maintenance, Operations and Health & Safety
Fundraising & Publicity
