WiveyPool Aqua Aerobics

Michele Vanderbijl’s aqua aerobics class is a great way to meet friends and make new ones. This fun session has energetic music to get you motivated and mobilised.

This class is suitable for everyone, including non-swimmers, and takes place in the shallow end of the pool.  Come along and give it a go!
