Deep Water Aerobics – an energetic, zero-impact cardiovascular workout using flotation devices.
New for the 2026 season, Michelle is expanding her range of fitness classes to include Deep Water Aerobics – an energetic, zero-impact, full-body workout held in the deep end of the pool. Participants wear buoyancy aids such as float belts or noodles, allowing them to stay afloat while performing a series of dynamic movements.
This impact-free session delivers powerful cardiovascular and strength-training benefits, using the water’s natural resistance to tone muscles, boost stamina, and improve overall fitness. A strong emphasis is placed on core strength and endurance, making it both challenging and highly effective.
Please note: confident swimming skills are required, as this class takes place entirely in deep water and differs from shallow-water sessions where participants remain in contact with the pool floor.
